A tidy solution for your spill response

When used with Ultracrete Zorbit Spill Absorbent the Recycle Centre recovers, reduces and reuses a high proportion of Ultracrete Zorbit Recyclable Spill Absorbent, making it highly cost efficient whilst reducing landfill waste.

The Ultracrete Zorbit Recycle centre is supplied complete with everything you need to respond to a spill, with the capacity to hold 2 bags of Ultracrete Zorbit Recyclable Spill Absorbent and includes a specially designed polyethylene crimp bristle brush head for optimum oil recovery.

The shovel is built from tough highdensity polyethylene and is spark proof. The brush and shovel are secured using corrosion and vibration proof marine grade moulding clamps.

In order to reuse the Ultracrete Zorbit Recyclable Spill Absorbent the Recycle Centre houses a plastic filter, which retains the ‘oil locked’ spillage whilst returning unused Ultracrete Zorbit Recyclable Spill Absorbent for reuse.

How to Step-by-Step

1. After isolating the spillage, pour Ultracrete ZORBIT onto
   the hydrocarbon spillage
2. Work the Ultracrete ZORBIT backwards and forwards
   over the spillage until fully absorbed and the mixture appears dry
3. Shovel the mixture through the Recycle Centre, passing
   the material through the plastic sieve in the top of the unit
4. Shake the sieve until spillage absorbed pieces are left,
   with remaining Ultracrete ZORBIT falling into the bottom of the
   Recycle Centre ready for re-use
