Rapid setting patch repair

Ultracrete FP1 by Instarmac is a two component rapid repair mortar. FP1 is was created as an ideal repair solution for professional repairs to concrete steps, kerbs, platforms and, due to it's rapid setting qualities, for minor flooring repairs to areas you don't want to cordon off for too long.

FP1 is easy to form into shape, so a chipped step can easily be repaired as can a chipped kerb and still look as well formed as before.

How to Step-by-Step

1. Clean and roughen the area to be patched
2. Prime the surface using the supplied primer (do not let it dry)
   
3. Mix the cement and aggregate together. Add a little water if necessary.
4. Place ASAP after mixing, workability is 7 minutes
5. Use a steel float or trowel to finish off
