Create a tough waterproof surface for balconies and terraces

Remmers PUR Uni Color 10 kg (7ltrs) of tough elastic polyurethane coating for surfaces such as balconies and terraces.

Mix the resin and hardener together to make a liquid coating which can be rollered out or poured on to give a flexible waterproof finish onto many surfaces.

How to Step-by-Step

1. If using onto concrete, screed, wood, tiles or other surfaces use the epoxy primer first and allow this to cure / dry.
2. Mix the polyurethane resin and hardener using an electric drill and paddle.
3. Apply by roller or trowel to clean dry surfaces, smooth out and allow to dry overnight.

Avoid doing in cold temperatures or when damp or rainy as this will spoil the finish. The best looks and finish is achieved with 2 layers, although one is enough from a functional point of view. For 2 layers you will need 2 cans as once mixed the product cures from a chemical reaction - you can't just put the lid on and use it later...

You are well advised to have a jolly good watch of this first to see how it is done!

Coverage

One 10kg (7ltr) unit will cover up to 15 sq mtrs (150 sq ft) as a roller coat. If you pour it on thicker it will not go so far! Normally expect 10kg to cover 5 sq mtrs as a 2mm thick coating.
