Fix steps and curbs with this quick setting patch repair

Ultracrete FP-1 by Instarmac is a two component rapid repair mortar. It has been designed to be an ideal repair solution for steps, kerbs, platforms and minor flooring repairs to areas you don't want to cordon off for too long and use quickly.

It is easy to form into shape, so a chipped step can easily be repaired as can a chipped kerb.

How do I use it?

1. Clean and roughen the area to be patched
2. Prime the surface using the supplied primer
3. Mix the cement and aggregate together. Add a little water if necessary.
4. Place ASAP after mixing, you've got about 7 minutes to work with it.
   
5. Use a steel float or trowel to finish off

How much will it cover?

• Approximately 0.5m² @ 10mm
