ARDEX K 301 is suitable for a wide variety of jobs, it's a really versatile product that's popular with flooring and building professionals and is usable by competant DIYers.

If you have damaged concrete surfaces inside or out it's perfect for making repairs.

ARDEX K 301 is great for repairing impact damaged drives, paths, balconies and patios.

ARDEX K 301 is often used by the trade for larger areas such as car parks, courtyards, playgrounds, etc. It can be applied by trowel or pump to pre-level floors prior to the application of a damp proof membrane.

Pack size: 25kg
Coverage: Approximately 1.6kg ARDEX K 301 powder/m²/ mm, i.e. approximately 7.8m² at 2mm thickness per 25kg bag.

ARDEX K 301 is a grey powder consisting of special cements, graded aggregates and high quality synthetic resins. When mixed with water, a fluid mortar is produced which sets within 2 hours and can normally be walked on after approximately 2-3 hours at 20°C. ARDEX K 301 can be applied from 2mm to 20mm in thickness. The set and hardened ARDEX K 301 is usually ready to receive light wheeled traffic after 48 hours at 20°C.

Note: ARDEX K 301 replaced the now defunct ARDEX K 300.

Multipurpose Adhesive and Sealant

If you are looking for a multipurpose adhesive or sealant then Sikaflex 11fc might just be the ticket. It comes in a cartridge which will fit a standard Mastic Gun.

It's a single component (doesn't need a mixer), polyurethane sealant which dries into a tough elastic rubber like material.

Sikaflex 11fc can be used for filling joints, sticking bricks together, gluing caravan parts, sticking boat and marine parts, wood, metal, plastics – you name it, Sikaflex 11fc can stick it together.

It gives a tough waterproof seal and can be used as a truly durable 'gripfill' type product which stays flexible permanently.

When Sikaflex 11fc is fully hardened, not only does it bonds all surfaces together, it also gives a waterproof joint which is almost impossible to break.

We do not recommend Sikaflex 11fc as a sanitary sealant.

This stuff is used to stick vehicles, boats, caravans and allsorts together.

Sikaflex 11fc is:

  • 1-part and ready to use
  • Flexible and elastic

Sikaflex 11fc as a Sealant:

  • Bubble-free curing
  • Very good adhesion to most construction materials
  • Good mechanical resistance
  • Good weather and ageing resistance
  • Non sag consistency

Sikaflex 11fc as an Adhesive:

  • No need to grout the bonded part
  • Non-corrosive
  • Impact and vibration absorbing

Some Typical Uses:

  • Boat Glue and Seal
  • Caravan Glue and Seal
  • Vehicle Glue and Seal
  • Bonding /fixing cabinets, shower trays, mirrors and ceramics.
  • Bonding and sealing flashings, roof tiles, gutters, architrave, skirting, panelling, mouldings and acoustic tiles.
  • Filling and sealing internal and external cracks and gaps around window and door frames.
  • Forming gaskets in ducting and sealing between metal components
  • Fabrications and shop fitting

Resin Floors

Resin floors are amazingly tough, hygenic, non-slip and stylish. If you need a floor covering for an open-plan area, warehouse conversion, uneven or awkward-shaped spaces, then a resin floor may be just the thing you are looking for.

Resin floors come in liquid form and are poured on to your carefully prepared base and are easily put down by competent DIYers and Tradesmen alike.

Although resin gives a stunning high-gloss look, it is wise to have a non-slip scratch-proof finish applied. Different shades can be poured together to artistic effect.

Remmers offers a vast range of resin paints.

Resin floor benefits...
  • Hygenic
  • Safe
  • Clean
  • Non-slip
  • Smooth
  • Durable
